What you are using will not be ChatGBT based. Most current Chat contact/support systems suck a lot and are relatively dumb systems -- I think of them as ways that companies that really don't want to support customers try get rid of them. The ones that *really* piss me off are the chat bot icons that jump up and down offering to chat with you... while you are on the page with the info you need and you are trying to read it.

I meant Avid or whoever paying their own staff internally to suit the Chat bot to the learning needs of new users without handholding thousands of people's hands who can (honestly) learn faster (for some topics) and more effectively (for numbers of learners and lengths of instruction) with a well tuned AI.

I would definitely abhor to pay a company extra to access such a learning resource or basic support service.
