Default B4

Anyone know if NI B4 is coming out for OSX? I tried checking out the NI site but nothing about it. Maybe someone out in Digiland knows any scoops on the plugs that make us happy.

NI has not given any info about OS X release thus far. I emailed Jan a few times when I was looking into getting a few of their products including Kontakt and B4, and his only answer was that their products would all reach OS X compat. sometime this year. I decided against getting either product as it seems the majority of their users are very dissatisfied with the NI products and unfullfilled promises of features and deadlines, so I wouldn't hold my breath for any of their stuff to hit OSX anytime soon.

Yeah the only thing I absolutely love from NI is B4. I can't say anything bad about it but I'm pretty sure those who are dissatisfied probably owned or played an original B4 and the program lacks features...nothing beats the real thing. I for one have never had the opportunity to play the real thing.

Slim hit it on the head. NI products definitely have (to me) the best sounding products out there in the software synth world. I'm talking just sound. I love the B4, Dynamo, and Pro-52 sound.

BUT....they are cpu-hogs, not good product support, NI cannot be depended upon, and the company is not very responsive to customers.

But that sound!
