HELP, NO SOUND

I am tracking from my fantom x keyboard to my digi 002 rack and I lock them up via mtc and when it is in sync, protools plays but no sound is present. When I turn off mtc, I can hear sound. The sound isn't even reading on the input. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I never had this problem with my mbox.
