They never got the memo that most plugins of that type are regularly $29. Even the upgrade to Pitch n Time v3 is $99 after having paid $699 for it originally and I was told that it will not work on Apple M1.

I have been using x-form for now, but it is 10 times slower than PnT.

It works. I just used it a bunch yesterday. If you’re not sure just download and install the trial.

I have the same system specs as you except I’m on OS 12.6.

Serato kind of checked out of the DAW market years ago when they found success with the DJ stuff. BUT as another posted said one would think they're bringing that stuff to M1 which includes their PnT algorithms. So it would make sense that they would update the plugin if they're already doing the work. I've never asked since I'm still on Intel. Maybe we should all contact them to request it?

Use PnT every day. Working fine here on M1 / macOS 12.5 / PT 2022.7.

This is what I got from Serato in response to asking about a Silicon Native version of the Pitch n Time.

"Thanks for reaching out and sorry about the late reply here.

Unfortunately, we don't have any official updates on this at the moment.

Please let us know if we can help out further.
Kind Regards,"

I interpret this to mean they have no intention of updating PnT.

It's saddens me to hear about the diminishing support. I have always felt "Pitch 'n Time" was the very best in it's league.

They really should just license the algorithm to Avid and have it be a part of elastic audio.

I know that Fairlight has the Serato algorithm built in, or at least it used to.

Not anymore. The legacy Fairlight did as a paid option from Serato, so it still relied on their support. It was never updated to the 64 bit version IIRC

It would be very disappointing if they discontinue PnT Pro.

And this is what I got:

Thanks for your enquiry.

Regarding Monterey support, unfortunately the latest supported OS is Big Sur.
