Unable to access download page-help?

For the last two days I've been unable to get to the download page for 6.4. While browsing the DUC for a solution I found this:

Seems to be the same thing I'm dealing with, although I haven't had any problems with previous upgrades. Help?

This may help - right click Internet Explorer and select Delete Cookies. Try to log in again and see if the downloader opens. If not, set security to minimum and Select All Cookies and then try the download.

If you are still having problems accessing the download, send an email to the webmaster (click on website help above) with your registered name and address, as well as which file you are trying to download. We have seen some users have problems accessing our secure servers behind some, but not all firewalls, and also sometimes when using wireless connections.
