Default Operating Systems

I know digi says they dont offically support PTLE running on windows 2000 or XP, but has anyone tried it?? If so what are the results? I have also heard that windows XP has some mode that can creake a fake win98se enviornment or something, can ptle work like that??

I think you are better off waiting for the XP support release in the next couple of months. Due out Mar-May 2002. Patience is my biggest challenge in life and my best friend most of the time.

It's not working on win2000 or XP.
My computer have 2 partitions one with Windows 2000 and the other Windows 98 se for Protools. In windows 2000, my digi001 pci card is not working, the driver dont work.
Windows XP came from windows 2000 (NT) so it's not gonna work for sure.
We'll have to wait again, for digidesign to help us... But we're digi PC users, we should be used to that... [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img] [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
