5.1 upgrade problems w/plugins

Since I upgraded from 5.0.1 to 5.1, every time I launch Pro Tools LE, it asks me to reauthorize all these plugins (that I don't own)...I hit cancel on about 20 different windows before LE comes all the way up. The next time I boot it up, Pro Tools doesn't remember that I cancelled all those authorizations, and I have to do the same thing all over again.

I'm thinking I should uninstall and reinstall. Any suggestions?????

Yeah I am having the same problem, I even deleted some of the demo versions of expired plugins that I have?? Digi, its REALLY annoying, can you help us out!?

Glad to know I'm not the only one....

FYI, I have a real plain jane system. Intel mobo, 815e chipset, 1 GHz cpu, 512 MB RAM, 2 Western Digital 40 GB ATA100 7200 RPM. And the ONLY things I have installed are Pro Tools LE and Easy CD creator.

I'd do the uninstall, but have no idea how big a pain in the ***** it might be. Can someone help us out????

If you haven't bought all those intro plugins, what it's telling you is that the trial period has expired. Go to "Settings,Control Panel,Add/Remove Programs" and remove each one individually... not DVerb for which you should have the Authorization.

JMS40...you da man! I uninstalled the individual plug-ins and...voila...all gone!
