I Finally Got It!
Apparently SoundToys fixed their web site so I was able to get the FREE Devil-Loc plugin!

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...  )Just rockin'...what more is there? Free is good.
 I think their site was just overloaded. They failed to anticipate the size of the response to this offer. I couldn't get in all last weekend, but when I tried Monday evening, no problem.

I have been trying to get ahold of SoundToys for a couple of weeks now. It appears my account login info is nuked. Both support requests have gone unanswered. I'm a little miffed.
