Default Going back in time

Anyone seen this? Whenever I bounce to MP3 the Date Modified shows the correct date and time that I bounced the file.

But moments later when I bounce a .wav file from the exact same session the Date Modified shows the time as one hour earlier.

I've checked system prefs and the Date and Time is correct, Set Date and Time Automatically is checked and the Daylight Savings Time update has been
installed.

Pro Tools TDM 6.9, OS 10.3.9....weird. ..
