Here\'s a Strange one...Tech Support
Closed one sesison with two plug-ins
TC reverb and Digi Compressor. Opened another (un-related) session and I got a new menu at the top between Windows and Help ???? even had one scroll down choice ,but did'nt do anything. looked like this.... Windows 1146695968 Help factory default Had just trashed all prefs ,zap pram and rebulit desktop proir to this A bug maybe? ------------------ grey post supervisor www.soundwerx.com |

Do you have any older versions of Pro Tools or betas on your machine? Does this only happen when you launch the session or just Pro Tools from the Digi Folder as well?

Does this happen only when third party plug-ins are used in a session? Try removing all third party plugs from the Plug-ins folder, trash the DAE prefs, empty the Trash, relaunch Pro Tools and see if you can make the mystery menu reappear.
