Pro Tools 10 or 11 upgrade for Full Sail Student?

Hello everyone,

I didn't see an email support line, and I was just curious if I could get more information about my student upgrade to PT11 from PT9. I know several of my classmates got it recently, and I haven't gotten any information regarding it. I can provide any information needed to prove I am/was a student, as I recently graduated.
