Since updating to PT2020.3 PT Dock jog wheel is not working

I've had trouble with the Docks jog wheel for a long time - it just stops functioning then works again after a reboot. I use the 'Move Sel' a lot to navigate my sessions so this is really frustrating.

The problem seemed to go away with the 2019 version of PT Ultimate but has returned since updating to 2020.

I've tried trashing prefs but that didn't work.

The firmware is up to date as is Eucon.

Any ideas?

Hi Travis,

Were you able to fix this? My wheel has started glitching post update (I can't get it to work at all, sends very twitchy inputs).

Update for anyone else going through this:

Contacted support, they had me delete and reinstall Eucon and PT prefs.

Wheel made a horrible grinding noise for a few rotations after I applied the fix, but worked fine. Then a few hours later it was back to twitching.

Currently awaiting second round of support response...
