Problems downloading from Exponential Audio?

Anyone having any issues downloading plugins from the Exponential Audio website? I wanted to try our the Phoenix Reverb, but every time I try to download it, it stops after anywhere from 2MB to 30MB, and won't download the entire zip file.

Never experienced this.

Hi folks,
I'm aware of this. My web hosting service has imposed some sort of odd timeout that doesn't affect most people, but nails a few. I can't get it fixed without changing some major aspects of the service. I'll get to that, but I don't have time right now. If you experience the problem, just let me know and I'll get you an alternate download link that works well.

I've finally had a chance to get on the phone with my web host. They've twiddled a few knobs and uttered a few incantations. I'm hopeful that the download issues are resolved.

Yeah, they didn't get it as fixed as they said. But I've just release a new version of the stereo (V2.0.2) and added a way to download the installers (for both stereo and surround) as split archives. The problem seems to be related to website traffic, your download speed, and a host of other things. I'm looking for a longer-term solution, but it's going to be tricky.
