Custom Shuttle Lock Speed broken in 2022.5 [PT-290238]

Just got Pro Tools 2022.5 and I can't use the custom shuttle lock speed.

I can use the shuttle lock speeds by pressing ctrl and then the numbers on the number pad but I can't figure out how to use the custom speed that I've set in preferences.

Every version of PT i've used in the past it was ctrl 9 but now there doesn't seem to be any way of playing the custom speed.

This is a feature that I use all the time so I could really do with figuring it out.

Any help appreciated.

Make sure you are doing exactly what is described in the Pro Tools Reference Guide pp. 655.

Yeah I've done all that.

I notice it says "Pro Tools Ultimate software only"

No idea what that is but I'm guessing I don't have it!

Yep. Ultimate or whatever it is bundled with/called this week is the high end software license, it will say what you have in the Pro Tools startup/splash screen, if you have Pro Tools Studio you do not have Ultimate. All determined by the license, both are the same software installs.

I’ve noticed the same, just plays screamingly fast whatever I set it to, can’t find the ultimate only but you’re referring to though on that page.

Just rolled back to 2022.4 and it's working as intended, seems to be a new bug with .5

Now that 2022.6 is out, if anyone installs it and shuttle lock is working, please let me know! I had to back down to 2022.4 (as others) to get mine back.
