Default MTRX support for AES67?

Anyone using an AES67 device with an original MTRX with Dante card? I was considering getting a Neumann MT48 (or Merging Anubus) to connect a separate workstation to the mains in our dub stage.

Audinate's website says Brooklyn II chips with the 4.0.8.2 and up firmware support it, so it should work. But curious to hear personal experience. Like, does it work well? Any caveats or considerations?

All of the MTRX family Dante chips do AES67: MTRX Studio, MTRX 1 Brooklyn 2 or 3, Dante-128, MTRX 2.

best,

Jeff

Pretty sure you mean Brooklyn II and Brooklyn III chips (I don't think Brooklyn 1 ever shipped for the MTRX and Brooklyn 3 started with 2022)

Standard Dante to AES67 limitations apply of course. It is fixed 48KHz and multicast. You would have more flexibility and less network/clock headaches if you kept everything Dante.
