Default Deleting files from clip list and missing files

When I clear and delete unused files from the clip list, then reopen the session, protools gives me the dialogue box stating that it cannot find those files.

Why is it still searching for these files? They have been deleted and are not even in the clip list anymore.

Were you showing Auto Created Regions when clearing unused?
