Default Commit/Freeze or something else?

Working with BFD3, I'd like to extrapolate audio from the midi performance. I'd also like to keep plugins on the individual track channels active and doing their jobs. I noticed after commit, all my aux tracks deleted the plugins. How do I ONLY commit the audio performance, but not the plugins such as EQs and Comps and whatnot on the individual tracks in protools?

There's a lot of ways to do this, depends on what you want. Did you try "Commit Up To This Insert"

Other things you may want to consider related to MIDI and specifically to BFD3

Pro Tools | Convert MIDI to Audio LIKE A BOSS! (Drag MIDI to Audio)

BFD3 MULTIPLE OUTPUTS | THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE (RECORD DRUMS INTO YOUR DAW)

BFD3 EXPORT FUNCTIONS | THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE (EXPORT DRUMS, MIDI, GROOVE AUDIO)

I think commit up to this insert is what I’m looking for. Will that print automation moves as well though??

If you have the checkbox ticked, then yes, it should.
