Recording a mono track from a stero source
I'm trying to record 1 mono track of vocals but I can't do it because the channels that I am running into PT are separate and stereo.......I thought that going in optical would solve this....any suggestions?

Re: Recording a mono track from a stero source
Pan the vocals to the left channel and only record s/pdif L in PT.

Re: Recording a mono track from a stero source
I figured out how to do it (with the 1880 as the slave) but it seems that when I sync them up that the source is draging and playing slower or something......
