Default Access Violation error

Assertion in "\code\azuki_Cliff\AlturaPorts\PT4_App\Mdie_TrackP layer.cpp", line 518

That is the error I've been receiving lately.

As far as changes recently made to my system? I upgraded my EastWest QL play software. I then started getting numerous errors. One was related to automatic save function. I had to disable that. Then I started getting this "access violation" pop up. At first it said it was connected with Ilok. If I tried to press play some of the buttons on my Pro Tools player would go black.

Of late the "access violation" is followed by the "Assertion in" pop up message.

Has anyone experienced this problem? How did you solve it?

Is the solution, strip my computer of Pro Tools, Ilok, all my East West Software, any updates, and start from scratch?

PS: I did take Digidesign's advice and upgrade my Pro Tools 7.3 to 7.3 CS(or something) but nothing chanced. I'm also noticing something else, Play produts don't play well with others? Including their own brethren? I have to conduct more tests but it would seem all the crashes were fairly large pop arrangements(10 channels or more)using a Play product along with EWQLSO which is under the Native Instruments platform "Kontakt". Could that be the problem?
