Thumbs up Magma 2slot Expansion System for Pro Tools HD

If you have a new MacPro and and still wanted to use your existing Pro Tools HD 2 cards you can actually use the Magma 2slot Expansion System. It comes with two available slots and another extra 1slot. It also has a PCIexpress Host interface card that you plug into the MacPro PCIe slot. The PCIe host card allows your computer to interface and communicate with Pro Tools hardware in the Magma Expansion system.

This video demonstrates how and where to install the Pro Tools core and Accel or Process cards. And also shows where to plug-in the PCIE host card in MacPro.
