My exported "preset" I/O Settings Still Quirky. since 7.0

I get many different Projects from many different facilites.....So I need to change the I/O settings to accomodate my facility....When I utilize my PRESETS, or exported I/O settings, they import differently all the time...I constantly have to tweak my I/O to where I need it.......AND I SAVE OR EXPORT AGAIN.....to..... lets call it "DK I/O" When I Import "DK I/O" it is not the same as I saved it 10 minutes before.....

I have noticed this for several years actually....since 7.0.....I never worried about it, because it wasn't to bothersome......BUT when I had to reinstall my entire system recently, I have to reset all of my I/O on every Friggin Session....

ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE.....I/O SETUP is very Quirky....especially with SPDIF.......
