Great customer service!
I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of Digidesign service.My digi 002 developed a major problem related to faders,that shut me down.After a call to them today,I have a TESTED and guaranteed replacement coming in the morning,and all I have to do is give the shipper my non working unit in the box to go back...in this day and age THAT IS IMPRESSIVE.Regards and Happy Holidays to all to all who read this!
