Default Switching from PC, can I bring my 29160 SCSI card?

my tibook has totally convinced me to completely switch to mac. adaptec's site is pretty vague or else im just looking in the wrong place, but i have a 29160 card in my pc that i would love to bring to the mac side. i cant seem to find any info if this card has mac drivers for it. none shipped w/ it (OEM model), but ive seen in some peoples post where they use this card and that is kinda getting me excited. any info would be greatly appreciated. ( now if only aardvark would release mac drivers for the direct pro 24/96 )

my mbox has been ROCK solid BTW!

what is the model for the mac? now that you mention it, i do recall the "adaptec SCSI bios" showing during bootup. are there any other scsi160 cards that anyone would suggest as a replacement?(68pin LVD)
