Default Realigning selection memory locations

Is there a way, when doing an Insert Time operation, to cause selection memory locations subsequent to the insertion point to get relocated? With the Insert Time dialog, you can specify that pretty much everything else - rulers, marker memory locations, tracks - to get relocated. But locations which are just selection memory locations do not get relocated.

For example suppose I have a selection memory location called "bass solo" that selects bars 32 to 48. I use Insert Time to add 2 bars at bar 8, specifying "realign everything". I'd expect that the bass solo memory location would get moved to bars 34 to 50. But it doesn't change. Everything else gets relocated, just not selection memory locations.

I'm hoping I'm missing something....does anyone know how to make this work?

Are your memory locations Absolute or Bar|Beat? Try Bar|Beat if you haven't. I suspect that will solve your problem. At least if you are staying in the time domain of Bars|Beats.

They are all Bar|Beat. They do not get relocated.

Did you try selecting the time line along with all the tracks... seems that should do it.

Sure, when using something like the Insert Silence menu command. But the Insert Time dialog doesn't work like that; you get a bunch of options as to what to realign. Markers is one option. Selecting that doesn't result in memory selections getting realigned.

And to clarify, the Insert Silence command has the same problem. So does duplicate or paste, in Shuffle mode, no matter what is selected.
