Default Just Purchased the Yearly Subscription for Pro Tools

Hi,

First post, and maybe a newbie mistake but I purchased a one year subscription to Pro Tools and I have not received any email about how and where to begin. I received a mail from PayPal saying I had paid Digital River Ireland, Ltd 337 Euros but no word from Avid yet. It's been a few hours.

Did I pay the right company?

OK, it's been a day and still no word from Avid. I opened a case with support yesterday and I will wait a few days for their response. If I don't hear back by then I will then try to cancel the payment with PayPal.

Its very strange because anytime I buy software online I receive two or three emails immediately from the vendor.

What a bummer since I really wanted to use this software for recording my sax.

All set people. Avid got in touch this morning. Maybe it was the long holiday weekend in the US.
