Having trouble installing MBox factory bundle

I did a tech support request but no answer.

My Mbox and Protools 6.9 installed fine but when i try to install the factory bundle it gives me this error message:

Component Transfer Error

Component: BundleToken
File Group: Bundletoken
Error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

I don't know what the hell it is talking about, what i do know is that i can't access the folder iti s trying to install to, which is empty. It is a user folder (C:/documents and settings/), but it is the wrong one and i can't delete it. But Protools did not attempt to install into this folder, why would the factory bundle disc attempt to install to this?

Also once i get the error (at the beginning of installation) the whole install cancels.

If the installer on the Factory CD is not working correctly, you can install the latest version of the plug-ins from individual downloads instead.

The authorizations are already on your Mbox Factory iLok. Here are the download links and instructions to install the latest version of the plug-ins:

Install the moogerfooger Bundle:

This will install the whole bundle (Analog Delay, Lowpass Filter, Ring Modulator, 12-Stage Phaser) demo or remove the other 3 plug-ins, since your Mbox Factory license is for the Analog Delay only.

thanks for the help, now if you could only get me my free sampletank 2 download working and get my ignition pack shipped to me faster!!! lol
