Default Annual Upgrade and Support Plan expired

I just checked my Avid account and realized my plan had expired 10 days ago.
(Pro Tools | HD Software ExpertPlus Support)
I thought I was going to receive a heads-up or this would be updated automatically.
I don’t know what options/plans there are, I just jumped on board last year to not be left behind.
I don’t even know how to contact Avid, since my plan expired.

Any advice appreciated!

There is a 30 day grace period when your plan expires so depending on what version HD/non HD there are options to keep cirrent.

For HD it is $399 a year to renew with support plan and also the wxtra plugins you have with the HD license.

Easiest is to renew feom your Avid account.

If you don't renew within the 30 days your price goes up to $999 (over 10.000 sek)

Grace period, awesome!
It would be a bit harsh with $999 for an annual upgrade and support plan, especially since the support plan often turns out to be a bug report service.
Also since I had some bad timing with a payed upgrade just before the new subscription system was launched.
Suddenly $399 feels like a bargain.

Notification is provided in your Avid account, Application Manager, and via email. Not sure why you didn't see these (or get the email). Your plan ended 12/8 so you are still within the 30 day grace period to renew.

To renew your Pro Tools HD Upgrade and Support Plan go to my.avid.com/products, click your Pro Tools HD... product, click Renew Support, click Add To Cart and follow the prompts.

Click the Access The Support Center link in your Avid account to start/review/update support cases. There's also a Contact Support link here.
