Can't uninstall/update ProTools
Avid Media Composer support directed all Avid files to be uninstalled or deleted for a fresh install. Inadvertently, ProTools cannot be uninstalled or reinstalled. The uninstall in W10 is grayed out. The registery doesn't show anything under Avid. Trying to reinstall and update to latest version of ProTools. I do have a support ticket in but realize that could take days. We don't have days. Need to meet deadline today.
Any thoughts or work arounds to get this done? Thank you!

The "Programs and Features" dialog in the upper right corner lets you "change" Pro Tools and opens the installer/uninstaller.
