Import Session Data Crashing
Been having issues with this for some time now, at least since version 8 came out. It usually only happens with tracks that have Battery and Phoenix on them, possibly Waves SSL. Very random too, some sessions do it, some don't. All plugins are updated with the newest versions, and I'm still on Leopard and 8.03 with this Mac Pro.
Anyone else getting this? It's very frustrating, and if I need those settings, there's not much of a workaround here. Thanks, Sig |

Re: Import Session Data Crashing
I've found one workaround, go to the source session, deactivate all the plugins on the track you want to import, then it imports fine and you can reactivate it.
I just don't understand why Pro Tools would crash though, because clearly the plugins have no issue if I can reactivate them and they work. Sig |

Re: Import Session Data Crashing
Ugh, I was wrong...now that session refuses to open...haha.
So much for the workaround. EDIT - ok, it seems like it's the new version of Battery 3 causing these issues. Figures. |
