Default Apologies is this is the wrong place, but may I ask about Sibelius support going dark

Sorry if this is the wrong place to bring this up. My Sibelius 7 app suddenly stopped working. Phone support is not answering, leaving a message saying they are not taking calls. I have submitted a support ticket with no response. I tried purchasing an Avid support co0de for 34 bucks. They took the purchase and I haven't heard a thing. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to reach someone?
