Addictive Drums - where to find single cymbals, fill-ins?
Hey,
i've been using the preset beats in Addictive Drums when recording, but i'm just wondering how I can create my own beats using AD? Also, say if I'm adding some of the built in loops to my tracks, i might want to add a crash cymbal at the end of one of the loops or maybe a fill in. I cannot seem to find any drum fill-ins or single crash cymbals! Do I have to download them separately or something? Thanks guys, Matt. |

Re: Addictive Drums - where to find single cymbals, fill-ins?
There are tons of fills in AD. In the MIDI beat library within the plugin you can search for "fill" and you should get a very long list of stuff. Make sure you turn on the SYNC feature so they play in the same tempo as your track.
As for single crashes, I'd draw them in manually. I usually find the beat where I want the crash, and copy/drag the kick note up to the crash note...
