Digi 002 Rack - - Monitor mode?

Hi,
I'm thinking of selling or exchanging my Digi 001 for a Digi 002 rack, but I need to know if it has a Monitor mode like the Digi 001 has (you know: inputs 3 and 4 can be sent to the outputs even if you don't have your computer ON... Beautiful!!!!).

The Digi 002 has an auxiliar input for things like an external cd player (which I would love to use), but I need to know if these inputs would be available when my G4 is off. You know, it would be nice to listen to a cd without having to turn on the computer. With my Digi 001 I have my Kurzweil connected so I can play piano without having to turn on the mac, but I have to turn on the computer to listen to a cd with the external cd player (I have it connected to inputs 7 and 8). It would be great if I could use my Kurzweil and the cd player without having to turn on the G4.
