If you hit the Minus (-) key with the cursor on a single audio track, it displays audio volume automation for that track. This is good. But if you hit the Minus (-) key with the cursor on a single MIDI track (in clips view), instead of getting the audio volume display, you get the notes view. This is so useless. Is there any way to get a key command for a single MIDI track to display volume automation?
Even the command for all tracks is the same. Hit Option & Minus (-) key and you get audio volume view on all audio tracks, but not on all MIDI tracks. You still get the notes view. Any solution to this appreciated...thx. |

Yes this is super lame, agreed. I have found the best way to navigate to inst track volume automation is to control-cmmnd click on the volume readout of the track and the audio volume will pop up. hitting the - twice will then return it to clips view.
