Eleven Rack Expansion Pack and PT 10

I am running the latest update of Pro Tools 10. It works great until I turn on my Eleven Rack Expansion (ERXP), When the ERXP is attached via USB (I have downloaded and installed all drivers) Pro Tools loads very very slowly (10-15 minutes to fully load). Once it is loaded, it becomes non-responsive for about 1 out of every 5 minutes I use it. Help! I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything on my studio computer and it is still doing the same thing.

I assume you have updated PT10
Did you uninstall the previous version before updating.You should find the PT uninstaller in your file.
This is what is usually advised. Some dont bother and have no problems.
Not saying this is your problem but thought it worth mentioning.
For now you could try using this...ProTools Pref and Database Helper

Pretty sure that is a Mac only utility. Trasher 10 is the windows helper that guitardom has posted, but there should also be instructions in the General Troubleshooting thread for trashing prefs.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you're referring to. The Eleven Rack Expansion Pack is a firmware update in the hardware of the Eleven Rack. Once it's installed, the extra amps and effects are available. There is no "turning it on or off" and it has nothing to do with software. Can you describe more accurately what you're doing?

I am just stating that my 11R has the expansion pack. When I turn the 11R on the freezes happen. Also, just bought a MOTU midi express 128 that when it is attached does the same thing. If I disconnect the Motu 128 and the 11R, PT10 runs fine.

I uninstalled all peripheral drivers and PT10. Then reinstalled PT10 (worked fine), as soon as I installed motu 128 the freezes started happening again.

Just used Trasher 10 to reset all prefs and databases. No change
