And what would be the latest Mac and highest core count supported? |

HD TDM card support ended with Pro Tools 10 HD. You can work everything else out from that.

12-core Mac Pro 5.1 is the latest/greatest Mac to support HD PCIe cards with Pro Tools HD 10. I think Mountain Lion is the last officially supported OS although Mavericks works, just the PT uninstaller does not.
