Default Any way to shut off " Your I/O has changed

Help, can I shut that off somewhere. Also , has anyone one been charged , arrested or fined using illegal characters ?

no, not to my knowledge
no but, it can corrupt the session

Yes, it's a "fatal error" if they do so.
