Default Beat Detection

HI, This might be the easiest thing but, I need to know if anyone knowes how to use the beat detection in protools LE 6.9.2. I have a couple of tracks that are 2 track and have no idea what the tempo is. i know this version of protools can identify the tempo for me but i just dont know how to do it. can some one please help. Thank you.
