Default "Cannot start playback. The network clock is not locked. Please try again." PT 12.7

Windows 10
PT 12.7
Radeon R9 390X 8 gb Card
32gb Ram
Intel i7 4790K
Samsung Evo m.2 950 SSD

I have used every format possible, including Pro Res 422/444 and DNxHD, and I still get the "Cannot start playback. The network clock is not locked. Please try again.". I'm on an edit deadline and my ship is sicking fast. PT 12.7 is unusable at this point and I'm ready to walk away from PT all together. I have tried disable/enable video... Nothing. Reset buffer size... Nothing. Video track offline/online... Nothing. I am not working from a satelite. All media is local and pulling from SSD main drive. No server or cloud system. What am I doing wrong? I'm exporting media from Adobe Media Encoder as "DNxHR/DNxHD MXF OP1a" and I get the same error over and over.

Check here:
https://www.google.com/webhp?sourcei...+is+not+locked.

If you have any video hardware drivers installed, uninstall them (satellite, dx).

There is a report found on the google search that says it could be plugin related. See the link on sweetwater.

We've heard similar reports related to WASAPI. If using that for playback do you have something else besides Windows Audio Device to try as your Playback Engine? (Launch PT and hold N when you see the splash screen until the Playback Engine window opens.)

FYI- One of our techs created avid.force.com/pkb/articles/troubleshooting/no-WASAPI-with-video which explains this and provides a workaround. Hope that helps.
