Pro Tools Ultimate - Playback get's cut off while playing..

Hi

I'm having an issue with my Pro Tools Ultimate where the output suddenly stops, it keeps playing but nothing comes from the audio interfaces, no error alert or anything, the sound is completely cut off during playback. This usually happens after 15 to 20 minutes of usage.
When I hit stop after the cut and play again, I get the message "playback could not restart because of an engine reset" and the only way to have Pro Tools playing again normally is after a computer restart. If I only close Pro Tools and open it again the problem persists.Tried different sessions, different Pro Tools versions and HD drivers, nothing seems to work.

Any clues for this problem?
