Problem with free trial

Hi! A while ago, I don't even remember when, I think I mistakenly activated the Pro Tools free trial, and also recently I was told that if you use Pro Tools Intro you can't access a free trial or something like that. My question is, since I never used the free trial, I really don't even remember when I activated it, could a Pro Tools Studio trial be renewed on my account? That way I could see if I like Pro Tools enough to pay for the full year. Pro Tools Intro as such is very limited, I can't see if its features work for me, such as video and surround mixing.

I know this is a very big favor, but it would mean a lot to me, thank you very much.
