Default Factory bundle worth the extra cost?

I am thinking about buying a digi 002 and I was wondering if the factory bundle was worth the extra cost. Are these some good plug-ins or just some that were thrown in to make it seem like a good deal. Will they be things that I will use time after time when recording or just for special effects here and there. If anyone has any information about these plug-ins I'd love to hear about them. Thanks.
