Default -9093 Error even after following all advice... HELP!

Ok, I have searched the DUC far and wide, and the -9093 error gremlin is facing me once again, and he is laughing.

Steps I have done to reduce 9093 errors:

Put in 2nd Harddrive
Enabled DMA on both drives
Created hardware profiles
(in HW profile)-
Disabled NIC
Disabled sbLive (everything but Midi port)

Defraged both harddrives
Scan disked both harddrives
Reinstalled computer 4 times and done this each time
Tried removing and reinstalling Digi001
Removed extra drives from my system (to lessen electrical burden)
Installed newest drivers

Everything worked like a charm in Windows 98, but now XP just keeps screwing it up.

Here's my system specs:

Windows XP Pro(fully patched, no SP1 yet though, that will be later this week)
Supermicro P6DGU Motherboard
(1) Pentium 3 850mhz slot 1 chip
256mbs of PC133 (mixed types, ordering 512mb Crucial soon)
sbLive Value (disabled)
Netgear 310tx NIC (disabled)
8gb Quantum Bigfoot (system)
14gb Fujitsu (audio)
Adaptec 2940UW SCSI controller
Smart and Friendly CDRW
Compaq DVD drive
Supermicro 750A case w/300 watt PS
Belkin 8 Port USB hub (needed for Sampler and Mouse)
Logitech iFeel Mouse USB
Heavy old IBM PS/2 keyboard
Sony 15 inch Multiscan 15sfII monitor
Creative TNT2 Ultra 32mb w/Detonator drivers
Digi001

---------
I never had a single problem with Windows 98, so I don't think it's hardware... but it could be.

Here's how I get an 9093 error.

1) Create a session
2) Create a mono track (or 24 or them, it doesn't matter)
3) Record enable the track
4) Hit record

It then records for like 2-3 measures (a few seconds), then stops. It does this no matter how many tracks I have set to record.

I have NO other programs running (and very little installed on my system). I haven't even installed any plugins really since the last format.

Someone help? I know I could take everything out of my system and start building it up, and testing it. But I really need to get work done, not play techie today.

Thanks!

I´m not even running XP, but I hope the new (and more)RAM will solve your problem.

Yea, but I should be able to record one freaking track with 256mb for more than a few seconds...
