Default changing velocity

Im tryna change the velocity from all my drum events from 80 to 120….i went to event/ event operations / change velocity, and went set all to 120, but when i click apply, nothing happens….protools help isnt helping me much with this, so i had to come here…..i dont understand why this is so complicated…..all i want to do is change the velocity from all my drum notes from 80 to 120….why isnt this just straightforward?

It should be straightforward. Did you have a range of midi events selected in the edit window before apply this modification?

If you want this to apply to all you notes double click on the midi/instument track to select the whole track.
