Default I want All Notes Off when clicking STOP...how???

Hello DUC people,

How I make 'All Notes Off' when I click on the STOP in the transport or when I hit the spacebar. I don't want to press CTRL+SHIFT+. each time I want All Notes Off, I just want it happen automatically when I stop playback.

Tell me good people how do this please
