Issue With 2020.12 And Importing Audio With Video...

Last year I had a problem importing MP4 videos into Pro Tools, so I used Shutter Encoder to transcode to H264.mov and then I could import video and audio with no issue. A subsequent PT update allowed me to import MP4 files without having to transcode.

Now with 2020.12 I can import the video from an MP4 no problem, but the audio will not be imported. It starts to be imported, then stalls partway through the process. Shutter Encoder to the rescue again as it allows me to extract the audio from the MP4 file and then I just import that into my Pro Tools session and match up with the video.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Windows 10 Pro, latest update installed and the same QuickTime elements as previous.

I just noticed a session recently that stopped importing the audio from video files. It was quite vision heavy (20+ files). The first round of imports successfully brought in audio, and then later imports asked for the destination folder as usual, but Pro Tools seemed to do a weird "create new track" that disappeared immediately.
These were with DNx files.

Recent Windows update - MP4 video's audio now imports no issue.
