Color Palette gone... Possible bug?

Hi,

I am at work using PT 9.0.6

I can't update because it's not my computer

I like to use the color palette to organize my stuff. I started to do this, but the palette got stuck above top screen. so there is no way to move it.

After restarting PT, palette was gone.

I also used Window -> Color Palette to make it apear again, no success.

I closed all the windows to make sure it was not hidden behind another window... but no can't see it anymore. Restarted PT afain, palette is gone.

What am I doing wrong?

Is it a bug?
