Yes. Here's the procedure:

1. Press the "Insert" button on the c/24 corresponding to the track you want to assign the plug on.
2. Press the button under the insert slot that you want to assign the plug.
3. Press the "Assign" button on the c/24.
4. Rotate the knob until the plug that you want is selected.
5. Press the "Assign" button again.
