SM Pro Audio A08
I remember reading about the SM Pro Audio A08 converter on here somewhere, but I can't find the page with the search engine. I need 8 additional in's for my 002r but I am reluctant to buy an A/D converter that is that inexpensive (read cheap). Has anyone had any experience with this unit?

Re: SM Pro Audio A08
No personal experience, but I did research in that market. SM Pro does not, as far as I can tell, have a reputation for quality. Lots of reports of problems with that unit in particlar. Even when working, people say it's noisy. I went with the Behr ADA8000. Sure, there have been similar complaints about this unit, but I've chatted with many others who are happy with theirs, too.

Re: SM Pro Audio A08
Thanks for the reply. I was kind of expecting that type of response about the SM stuff. The somewhat limited information I have found so far usually doesn't bode well for a product though it could be just because it is new to the market.
