Looking to buy a Tube preamp. Dont have too much money to spend. 100-250 max. Have been looking at the

It depends on what mics you want to put through it. If this is going to be your only preamp, I would suggest you spend a little more money because a preamp is such an important part of your chain. I myself own a Millenia HV-3D but that's way out of your price range. I'm not too familiar with the sub $1,000 range of preamps. Look at Avalon or Grace and see if they have any models that will fit your budget.
