Default Assertion Error Message

I have no clue what this means. But, I closed out of a session a couple hours ago and just left the blank screen of PT up. Turned off my monitors, and now I come back and I can't even maximize PT. All I get is:

Assertion in "\code\aztec_Staley\AlturaPorts\NewFileLibs\Bdm\li ne 1358

Can anyone help me out on what this is?

--Thanks

Did you disconnect or turn off an external drive (including USB/flash drive) connected to the computer?

Have you tried trashing preferences and databases?
